Shipping status 

Once your order has been placed, shipping will commence via the Australia Post. However, delivery time will vary for customers, depending on your location and posting method chosen at checkout.

We try our best to ensure your order is sent out on time, your order will be shipped out the following day.

To reduce any delays with your order, please take care to fill out your full name at checkout. 

Delivery Time

Once your order has been placed and set off for delivery we have very little control over it. Please remember that the above delivery times listed are only estimations. Elevar Style is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We can’t ever guarantee a delivery date, we only base this off estimations.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at your local post office. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

However, if you have not received your order within 7 business days of placing the order, please email: with both your Full Name and Order Number and we’ll immediately look into it for you.

Tracking your order

Once despatched you will receive a tracking number via email for your order! Just note that this can take a few hours or even up to 24 hours to show any kind of an update on the tracking link

Modifying order

If you wish to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact: - we will do our best at helping you with your order, however, please note that once the item has been shipped out already it cannot be modified 

Damaged or missing goods

We want to ensure that your order arrives at your door securely and safely! Any items that appear to be damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion

Correct Information

Please check that when placing your order, all your details are correct. And don’t worry, I’ve been guilty of this… more than once too, oops! Don’t stress though, we will resend your order again - note that we will double, or even triple check with you this time round that the address provided is 100% correct

International Orders - Duties and Taxes

As we are located in Australia, shipping parcels internationally, import duties and taxes may be payable for import into your country (if your purchase is over the tax free threshold). In most cases, our products will be under this threshold and therefore no charges will be payable. However, if you want to be sure with this, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on customs charges for your country.
